When He comes around

I love this song. And I heard as it were the noise of thunder One of the four beasts saying come and see and I saw And behold a white horse There's a man going around taking names And he decides who to free and who to blame Everybody won't be treated all the same There'll be a golden ladder reaching down When the Man comes around The hairs on your arm will stand up At the terror in each sip and in each sup Will you partake of that last offered cup? Or disappear into the potter's ground When the Man comes around Hear the trumpets, hear the pipers One hundred million angels singing Multitudes are marching to the big kettledrum Voices calling, voices crying Some are born and some are dying It's Alpha and Omega's kingdom come And the whirlwind is in the thorn tree The virgins are all trimming their wicks The whirlwind is in the thorn tree It's hard for thee to kick against the pricks Till Armageddon no shalam, no shalom Then the father hen will call his ch

Back home from the lands of giants

We're home again from probably one of the best CONNECTS we've ever attended, the Europe CONNECT 2011 on "Giants in the land". The general topic were the giants of faith in Hebr 11, and it was just great. After a giant lack of sleep, a bumpy flight home with Tyrolean Airlines and many many thoughts and people in your heart we're home again. And tired. Good night for today!

Leadership is about setting an example

"If you are a leader, people watch you. They watch you when you're on and when you're off. They watch what you do as much as they listen what you say. They try to figure out if the two match. This can be a hard reality! They watch you when times are good and when times are really rough. They want to know if you really believe what you say and if you live it." (Lance Pittluck, Simple Thoughts on Leadership)
